  • We usually ship within 24 hours after receiving the payment. Please be aware that we do not ship on weekends and Holidays. All orders received on Fridays after 3 pm will be processed on Mondays.

    Our main carriers are FedEx and USPS. The items which are marked under "Ground service" option will ship with FedEx ground unless otherwise requested by the buyer. (If you would like us to use different carrier, please contact us as soon as you make the payment). Once item leaves the warehouse, we will not accept the claims on carrier upgrade.

    For all the items over $200 MUST be required a direct signature upon delivery. If the customer can not be present, hold and pick up at the carrier's locations are available.

    For the ground service, please provide ship to place address with no P.O box on it, as FedEx or UPS ground services will not deliver the package to P.O. Box addresses.

    We only ship to the addresses confirmed by eBay and PayPal.

    After the shipping label is printed out, you will receive automatically generated email, stating your order and address details with your tracking number. All shipped packages are picked up by the carriers on 5 pm every day except weekends and major Holidays, so you can track your orders after that time. (In some cases USPS tracking information might delay until next business day).

    PLEASE NOTE: If the item received by the buyer is not what the customer imagined; If the customer ordered a wrong item by mistake; If the customer changed his/her mind or the item doesn't fit the unit owned by the buyer, the customer will be responsible for the round shipping fee, even if the item is on "free shipping".

    • In case the package comes back due to the improper address was given to us, we will ask you to pay for re -shipment.
    • The estimate delivery time for FedEx ground service varies between 1-7 business days. (Please see the shipping chart);
    • USPS priority mail takes 3-5 bisiness days, first class mail 5 -7 bisuness days across the continental states (48 states).
    • Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US,territories (Island Also) are subject to different shipping rates, there is no free shipping option at all time

    • "Free Shipping" applies only to the items marked with free shipping option.
    • The orders with free shipping option under the 13 oz . will be shipped via USPS, first class mail service unless otherwise requested by the buyer.
    • In case if buyer wants to upgrade free shipping to different option, the buyer has to pay the appropriate shipping fees.
    • It is necessary that the person whose name is on the shipping label signs for the package:
    • All TVs and items with more than 50 $ value are insured and marked with "signiture confirmation".
    • TVs are not localy delivered at any time.unless otherwise indicated on item description.
    • LCD TVs more than 46'' and Plasma 42 '' are local pick-up only unless otherwise indicated on item description.
    • When a buyer arranges for his/her shipping on his/her expense, we are not responsible for any item damage or breakage.

  • North and South America, european union, Australia and new Zealand,Japan, and South Africa

    • International shipping insurance is totally covered.
    • All international orders are mainly shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested by the buyer.
    • International shipping delivery times and tracking options deffer by carrier and shipping types. The USPS First Class International does not provide the tracking number once package leaves the US. Please note: The USPS First Class International delivery can take up to 30 days and the USPS Priority International can take up to 20 days to deliver shipment abroad. If above specified amount of time is not passed, inquiries about "not received item" will not be considered/granted.

    PLEASE NOTE: For security reasons we only ship internationally to PayPal confirmed addresses and verified PayPal account holders. If PayPal account holder is unverified and recipients name (shipping to Name) do not match PayPal account holders name transaction will be canceled without notice to buyer. Since we are the US seller, we are unable to verify identity of international buyers and assume that transaction is unauthorized.

    • Orders to Canada are available for shipment via FedEx.
    • International customers/buyers are responsible to custom and brokerage fees at all times.
    • Packages going overseas will never declared low value.
    • TVs are not available for international shipping (as well as to Hawaii,Alaska,and Puerto Rico and other US territories and Islands).
    • Orders that exceeds 15 lbs are not available for international shipping ,either.
    • We ship to all APO/FPO military addresses except all kinds of television.
  • Local pick-ups

  • All local pick ups are totally free.

    In case of multiple orders, we do offer combine shipment (please call for the best rate and further instruction).

    • All local pick-up orders must be called in by 4pm, the day before the pick-up.
    • Please have your personal ID and order number ready for all the pick-up(s).
  • Returns

  • We offer 30 day return privilege policy.

    You need to call us to obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to process the return request. We can only accept returns through this number.

    Be sure you have all the necessary transaction details on hand (your name, sales record number, Item title or number).

    Please note:

    • In case the item is not defective, or unopened, the buyer is responsible for round- shipping fees, even if the item is on "free shipping".
    • If the item you purchased was brand new, unopened, factory sealed and at the time of return will be used, opened, or it will be no longer factory sealed, your refund will be subject of 15-25%
    • restocking fees (depend on condition of returned item). Please note, open and installed software is not returnable.
    • If item has been shipped and the customer refuses to accept the package (w/o due reason),we will apply some additional charges on the order, as per instruction provided by the carrier.
    • The same rule applied when a customer asks for a cancellation or change of shipping address after it has been shipped out (Please check your address details before you paying for the item),or the item is for free -shipping and the customer request for a stop shipment or cancellation. Opened software's, music, games, and movies are not eligible for returns. By other means, we believe they are 100% authentic, manufacturer sealed products. However, if they are deemed defective or damaged, they do qualify for a full manufacturer warranty or exchange.
    • For all international orders, customers will need to pay the back shipping as we cannot provide a pre-paid return label.
    • In case the address was mistakenly confirmed by the buyer and the item came back to us, we would ask you to pay the re-shipping fee.
    • In case the item apparently has stopped working and you want to return it, we will provide you a return shipping label at your e-mail address and you can send it back to us. In some cases, we might ask you to check with the manufacturer on the issue. As most of the time, they can resolve it without having you sending it back right to us.
    • For replacement. We gladly replace the item if we have one available in stock (once we get the returned item back) or unless otherwise instructed. A pre –paid return label will be sent to your e-mail.
    • All returns must be packed with all contents that comes with the original package including cables, software, plastic and cardboard packaging, and unregistered warranty card.
    • All returned items must be inspected before we refund the money. If the item is missing some accessories (as per item description) an appropriate charge will be billed to the buyer.
    • In case you received a wrong order, we are fully responsible for a replacement and shipping unless otherwise advised.

    • The money refund will take place right after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Your PayPal payment will be credited back to your PayPal account.
    • The credit card payment will be completed in 1-2 business days.
    • For money order payment, we will send you money order or bank check unless otherwise advised. (Payment will take 3 business days by mail).
